MagicTrees.ai uses AI to generate or transform content, personalize experiences, and provide decision support. Our AI features rely on models and APIs from OpenAI, Anthropic and Google. Important notices:
- Limitations. Outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or out of date. Verify before relying on outputs for high-stakes use.
- Human oversight. For consequential uses, appropriate human review is required. Do not rely solely on AI for decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
- Safety. We implement filters and monitoring to reduce harmful content; no system is perfect.
- Attribution and responsibility. You are responsible for how you use AI outputs. Do not represent them as professional advice unless reviewed by a qualified human.
- Prohibited use. Do not use outputs to violate law, enable harm, or produce deceptive media without disclosure. See our Acceptable Use Policy.
- Data handling. Prompts and context may be processed by our AI providers under contractual safeguards and only for the requested purpose. We do not use your personal data to improve models unless permitted by law or contract and, where required, consented or de-identified. You may opt out of improvement uses by contacting ai@magictrees.ai.
- Ownership. You own your inputs and, where permitted by law and third-party terms, your outputs.
- Explainability. We aim to disclose when a feature uses AI and to provide a route to human review where required.
